GbigG's Routine

5 days a week, randomly placed rest days (depends) but I do 800 kegels a day, and 2 or 3 sets of 5 30 second stretches, 200-250 wet and 200-250 dry jelqs a day 5 days a week each taking 10 - 15 minutes. and then 5 ulis and squeezes twice a week. measuring every 2 weeks initially and increasing the number of exercises in routine every 2 weeks. Will be taking pictures and if noticeable progress is made may post them. Also keeping detailed day to day routine that i way also post at a later date.
