Fourchy's Routine

My daily routine consists basically of one morning stretch session and one evening stretch session. I sometimes incorporate 2x left,right, straight up 30sec stretches. But my regular routine is:

5-10min warm cloth wrap
10x V-Stretch(30 sec)
10x BTC Stretch(30 sec)
3x1min JAI
5min warm cloth wrap
