Flak2187's Routine

I am 5’5" and 150-155 lbs. (currently 156 and trying to gain)
Muscular and relatively lean depending on my exercise cycle.

My measurements are cheat measurements. I kegel and bend to reach the longest possible. It helps me maintain consistancy.

Currently I do:
Warm up shower
I am focusing on hanging with 4.5 lbs (started at 2.5)
The first set is 4.5 lbs with all others decreased to 2.5
2 sets of 20 min in the morning
3 sets of 20 min at night
The last set both am and pm is SU; All other sets are BTC
Between sets I massage in new blood

I then use golf weights to manually create a fulcrum stretch evey inch up my shaft
10 secs in each direction. This will be increased to 20 sec over the next week or two.

After hanging I perform 25 light jelqs
1 horse440/ 5 jelqs for 5 sets
another 25 light jelqs

I will not take any hanging days off
I will peform the jelqing routine everyday unless my body says otherwise
I am very aware of my body and listen to it very well

Old Routine:
1) shower or other warm up
2) deep manual massage of entire penis including internal portion; tip to anus and back up
3) semi erect bends and twists to loosen the tunica
4) 50 jelqs; 10 standing legs spread, 10 standing legs squeezed, 10 sitting, 10 downward, 10 laying
5) 50 bc flexes with manual clamp(careful not to over clamp) with some pelvic thrusting to increase tension
6) warm down

I have a 3 weeks on 1 week off routine. The one week off is focused on wearing an extender and achieving at least one solid erection per day.
Next I plan to incorporate my vacuum pump on my week off.
I am not too structured, rather I listen to my body and work at least one hard day a week and generally one day off with several complete erections.
