Finally Getting To Documentation

I’ve been on and off PE for 2-3 years now, and learned a few important lessons. Among them are 2 vital lessons that are repeated and nauseum here, and they still should be emphasized.

Lesson one is to do what works for you. I enjoy pumping at high pressures for hours on end, but it doesn’t get me anywhere gains-wise. Conversely, clamping all day has given me nearly the same amount of gains as pumping in less than half the time.

I started doing this after Zoloft broke my penis and got swooped into the rabbit hole quickly. My day zero starting stats were 6.7 inches in length and 4.4 inches in girth. I gained a bunch of weight, ran through newbie gains, and am finally putting my body back together again with a, fortunately, still larger penis in tow. My current size is 7.1 inches in length on average (sometimes 7.3, I need to look into it) and 4.9 inches in girth. Fortunately, I still appear to be slowly gaining and looking forward to seeing how a future ADS and clamping interplay.

Lesson 2 is that towing the fine line between intensity and harm is often rarely worth the risk. I’ve been through my share of blisters, scars, and occasional internal bleeds. None of them crippled me, but they all serve as valuable lessons learned.

In the coming year, I would like to help in make an all-day metal clamp that maintains comfort and intensity in equal measure with using the compromise of a ratchet system or joints that can pinch me. Here’s hoping it goes well and that my experimentation yields something other than scratches and pinches!

I’m open to your suggestions and lessons you’ve learned along the way, and please let me know if one of you finds away to increase ball size in the process. Thank you for reading, and I hope I can deliver some kind of news soon.

I think what we have learned in PE in the last 3 years is more than the last 20 years combined.

1. RED + NIR is essential
2. Clamping is now dead to me and should only be considered for VETS over 5 years
3. Water pumping is the safest bet
4. For girth the 5 x 5 x 3 is next level
5. Pumping more than 20 min a day does nothing
6. The cum cocktail works! I do feel my nut sack nice and full with it.
7. Hangin either just manual or with a device is safer in general than jelqing

Let me walk through these and see if I can’t extrapolate anything special.
1. It’s good to see Red light and NIR making the rounds. The studies speak for themselves.
2. Did something happen to kill clamping on your end? I can see the level of risk, cumulative injuries, or a lack of effectiveness causing issues in equal measure.
3. I love seeing water pumping becoming more popular and can vouch for its effectiveness even if I do routinely pump much longer than I should.
4. After 3 months of 5x5x3 wet pumping in tandem with stretches, jelqs, warm-ups, and warm-downs, I didn’t see much in the way of results. My body may be the "more is more" type.
5. In regards to effectiveness and safety I agree. My extreme pumping gains are something I would rather chalk up to a freak incident.
6. I’ve been eyeballing that cocktail thread for years and am still waiting to pull the trigger. Maybe it’s best I work out a metric to measure ball growth by.
7. Manual hanging didn’t work amazing for me. A device will probably help with that.

It looks like the new paradigm emphasizes consistency and rapid repeatability of PE routines over pushing the envelope as far as possible, and I can endorse that. I don’t know if clamping has gone the way of a general taboo, but I do wonder what you fellas are using for passive engorgement/stretching if not a loosely fitted clamp. Are ADS like the (somewhat expensive now) Phallosan the popular passive gainer?

I think there are a few on here who are anti-clamping, but we’re all different… as with most things PE, find what works for you and stick with it. I’ve had no problems with clamping 40-60 minutes a day - and am definitely getting results. Just learn to "listen" to your penis and you can tell what you can and can’t do comfortably.


Start: BPEL 6.7" MSEG 4.8"

Now: BPEL 8.3" MSEG 5.5"

Goal: BPEL 9.0" MSEG 6.0"

The problem here is that I was only on Thunders for the first 9 month and thought that clamping was the only way to get girth gains. I still do ULI’s but I can’t clamp with Cable clamp pro. I have found that with jelqing and Ulis I did gain girth but towards my upper shaft and glands. I later have been doing 5 x 5 x 3 and now my whole shaft is getting that girth workout and it looks even.

I have learned that Clamping is not as great as others claim it to be and the risk is way more intense than it should be. But again, if it works for you and you are a VET you know your body and what you can and cannot do. I would just say if you are considering clamping do PE for 3 - 5 years before you even consider, and by then you may not even see its value.
