Feijao's Routine

At least 200 kegels a day because these can be done descretely. I do manual stretching whenever i use the restroom only a few tugs/helicopters for 5min each time at about 3 or 4 bathroom trips and jelq evertime i get semi erect (morning, late night) again for 5 min at a time and moderate pressure. there is really no consitency and this cannot be called a routine but i have made modest gains of about 1/2 of an inch from my first intro to PE (about 2yrs ago).
