Warm up in the shower with light stretching, then jelq 10-12 minutes - good 3 second strokes, heavy pressure without pain. Lubricate frequently.

Clamp 3-4 days weekly, each day being 3-4 sessions of 10-12 minutes spread throughout the day. Again, not to the point of pain/swelling/fluid buildup.

Non-clamp days: 100-200 kegels, held 5 seconds each, spread throughout the day
clamp days: 50-100 kegels, held 5 seconds each, spread throughout the day
