Fathillbilly's Routine

Jan 2009 - now:

6 min. hot wrap warm-up
5-10 min. stretching (60 sec. left, right, up, straight out, 120 sec. under-the leg downward stretch [Also, perhaps some tunica tugs and waterwell stretches])
150 wet jelqs
150 dry jelqs
Hot shower or 6 min. hot wrap warm-down
