Fantomeinfernal's Routine

Between 15 and 30 minutes routine.

Theses days, the usual is :

6 strong stretches, between 45 and 60 seconds each.

Between 100 and 400 strong dry jelqs. If I do less, it’s because they are 3 to 4 seconds long and stronger.

I used to use weights and ADS, with succion cups, but since the tip of my gland popped and bled because I overextended my exercise, I’m extremely cautious about these :)
