For the ones that used any type of extender

How much did you gain in your erect length?

I currently am at 377.5 hours I keep a very detailed log:) I am using a noose style extender and use medical tape under the noose for more comfort. I have gone from 6 inches to 6.5 inches. I do 7.5 hours a day. The most notable part of the extending experience at least for me has been the veins that are seeming to show up and expand. I am really starting to enjoying how my little man is starting to look:) I am going to do the 1000 hours amount then see where to go from there. I noted the .5 inch increase at 353.5 hours. I intended to go to 500 hours before measuring I really did but the anticipation was just to much haha:)

I am in the same boat, however I have opted for less time 3-4hrs per day but much more intense.
I have my extender quite tight and almost uncomfortable.
Do you think its better to get the hours in at a reasonable almost unnoticeable stretch or less hours but more intense sessions?

Now: BPEL 6.8" EG: 5.5"

Goal: BPEL: 8.5"

I’d guess about 2000+ hrs and a 1 inch erect gain.

Hello brother, didn’t you get a manual with the extender (eg andro)?
TL;DR: Long hours>Intensity.
But long hours does not necessarily mean low intensity.
Standard method is have a starting set up equal to your BPEL minus 4cm.
You have already started with the device now so I’ll skip the adaptation period and go right to evolution period.
Wear for 9hrs/day and increase by one rod piece (0.5cm) each week.

I have read users wear the device for 4 hours per day for a year and see little or no gain, which is something I have seen 0.00% of users who do 6hrs minimum per day say, and I’ve researched A LOT before I started PE.

That’s some big gains, I got approx. 0.2” max for 306hrs..but I know we are all different so I’m not stressing, I’m in it for the long game (Hah!).

May I ask what extender do you have, noose style ,right? Also, do you apply heat before applying the extender or do you go in it cold.
