Eroset's Routine

Current routine:<br>
— 5-10 minutes Warm-up with Rice Sock on top, Hot Water Bottle below<br>
— 1 set of 60 second stretches in each direction (BTC center/right/left, Straight Down center/right/left/rotary, Straight Out c/r/l/r, Striaght Up c/r/l/r)<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp; All stretches in that set done under IR light<br>
— 50 BTB jelqs<br>
— 300 wet jelqs straight down, overhand pressure on the sides. 50 BTB Jelqs after each set of 100 jelqs.<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp; All jelqs done under IR light<br>
— 5-10 minutes re-warm, Rice Sock on top, Hot Water Bottle below<br>
— 2 sets of 30 second stretches in each direction as above<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp; ONLY first set of stretches in that set done under IR light, second set done while cooling.<br>
— right into 1 pound lead rings ADS for 30 minutes<br>
