Dick looked a bit small today. Not sure if the water when warming up was alright or I have been wanking too much. Might be both. Going to try not nofap again and let you know of the progress of that next time I post.

Emotionally speaking, imagine training for a month here and there and gaining 0.2 cm, to have that disappear the next day. Does not feel good. I’m also going to measure out the penis every time I work out and also going to log them onto a graph so that the y axis is length and the x-axis is time.

This has been eating my mind all day today, went through some previous forums here. I’m going to start PE-ing in my room where it is more warmer. An IR heater will be used for the warmup and jelqing will be light but will be for 20min. It will be formatted as 2 days on (one long the other short and more recovery focused.) and 1 day off. I should be PE-ing for 4 days a week. For now I will take a bit of a rest period until Monday. Measurements will be taken once a month for the sake of my own sanity. And I will try to be more positive towards my PE journey.

Hey there, mentally speaking I am doing a lot better now. I have quit porn. I am going to order an electric heated pad and will pause PE until it comes. Been reading Kypra’s threads as well as anything here. Tried warming up to the IR Heater but ended up burning my penis so don’t have anything better for a warmup to do. I have those electric thermometers that were used during covid. I have started to update my stats. Still confused on how you are able to measure BPFSL, Is it a handing thing because the only way I can stretch my penis up to the level registered here is by pulling on the foreskin, Will do more reading regarding this.

I Just bought a plant heat mat, biggest reason is that it has an adjustable thermostat so I can reach the golden 40-42 degrees when PE. It also states that it has red-light (IR) but I highly doubt it. Should be here in 3 days and I will start PE then.

Warmup: microwaveable heat pad 5min

Penis was about 38.2 degrees

Stretched via hook grip, 12min time under tension downwards. (4 reps of 3 min holds and a bit deeper stretch every minute or so, not pulls).

Warmed up again was at about 36 degrees not sure about how long though.

10 min jelqing. Base to (before head) stroking for about 4-5 seconds and holding (before head) with other hand. I have foreskin so I would quickly let go of grip to readjust the foreskin.

Didn’t do a cool down.
