Endowed's Routine

Warm up with hot towel for 10 minutes

I then do stretching, dry jelqs, kegles and some edging for 10-15 mins

After that I do a bathmate session 10 mins or less with warn to hot water. Just to warm up for the second session.

next I repeat step two just more rigorously.

Now I do a bathmate pump for 10-15 mins depending on how it feels. This one is with warm to hot water and much stronger pumping this time.

After that I repeat step two again just not as rigorously.

Finally I do some dick swings ( ill explains if anyone wants) and deadlifts. Yes like the ones I the gym
