Easyspleen's Routine

- no warm up -

1. 10 minutes of manual stretches: out, down, left, right, up

2. 5 minutes of V and inverted V stretches

3. 5 minutes of random manual stretches and rotational stretching

4. 10 minutes of slow high pressure jelqs @ 30-40% erection - 5-10 sec pumps - with kegel pumping and occasional squeezing. All jelqs underhand OK grip.

5. 5-10 minutes of faster jelqs with lower pressure and stretch in either outward or upward direction while pumping - 3-5 second pumps

6. 5 minutes of manual stretches again with more focus on downward and upward.

7. sometimes a wrap to keep it from “turtling” - for 30 mins, with a light stretch every 10 mines - not a regular part of my routine however.
