-20 min Jelq (first 2 min BTB, wet jelq focusing on harder jelqs, last 5 min power jelq. If I get a 100% erection I will Uli until it reduces to >80%)
-JAI stretches (3 sets, 10-15)
-BTCs 5 min
-7 min heat
