Mornings before going to work
5 rice sock warm up
10 - 30second stretches
200-300 wet jelqs w/grapeseed oil
Hot shower warm down
50 - 5second kegels while driving to work

Occasional fowfer or BTC stretches (10-30 minutes each) throughout the day or evening as opportunity allows.
