Disired's Progress Report

I have been doing PE since June 12, 2017. I have recently became a member on  this forum and I want to start becoming more active in this forum because I believe it will help me keep doing PE. My first personal goal was to make length higher then my girth. First 3 month
Routine 2 day on 1 day off
5 minute warm up(hot bath)
5 minute 100 jelq 3 sec each
20 minute stretches all 4 direction 30 seconds each
200 quick kegel squeeze(do this where ever)
6 minute 60 kegel 5 seconds hold(do this where ever)
After 3 month I reached my goal so I decided to do more research and decided I do not want to work on girth because being able to get good BJ and anal was important to me instead my goal was to be”hung” BPEL 8 in
Routine 2 day on 1 day off
5 minute warm up(hot bath)
15 minute stretches all 4 direction 30 seconds each
5 minute A Stretch 10 seconds kegel then 10 seconds reverse kegel then 10 seconds break switch hands for next set
5 minute 30 seconds bundle stretches alternating clockwise and counterclockwise
7ish minute(including break) 300 stretch(I do not know what it was called but stretching penis toward the feet them moving it so it touches right thigh then left thigh when penis has touch both thighs that count as 1 do sets of 100 then 1 minute break).
10 minute 4 direction 30 seconds hold each direction with 10 sec kegel hold in each direction. 
Random kegel throughout the day
Results maybe a little skewed because 6ish months ago I decided that I need to be a healthy weight and want to live an active lifestyle. So far I have lost 60 pounds and 25 more pounds and I reach my weight goal of 185.
