Dino9X7's Routine

My routine is either all hanging and maybe some jelqing for health and this I do for length. Than I switch to an all girth routine of clamping squeezes and erect jelqing. I can stick with each workout up to a year most of the time less. When I’m hanging I try to hang as long as I can the more the better and when I doing a girth routine I will take more days off and my workout is only 30-45 minutes long compared to at least 2 hours a day when I’m in hanging mode.
