Hi Guys

Figured, I would make my first post here and introduce myself, and keep some kind of monthly progress log so I can keep track of things, and hopefully keep myself motivated.

I’m more of a lurker than anything, but I read alot here.
Every time I start on this dick growing journey I get bored and quit after a few weeks.

I do not follow a strict routine as of now and I break it up over 3 * 10-30 minute sessions per day, depending on how it all feels, I throw in a rest day every 2-3 days and I TRY to save my jerking off for rest days only..

Morning dick workout consists of stretches, and jelqing with overhand grip.

Afternoon dick workout is the same.

Night I target the tunica with stretches, jelqing, squeezes and edging.

I will follow this routine for 3 months.

I do not have the privacy I would like to follow long complicated routines, nor use any devices.
So I do them when I get the chance.

Feel free to drop any advice or tips, I will certainly take it all on board.

Measurements as of today: NBPEL: 14cm, BPEL: 17.5cm, MS EG: 12.5cm

Goals: NBPEL: 18cm, MS-EG: 14cm

Welcome to the brotherhood, Vlad. After I converted to inches, I saw that 17.5 cm is 6.89 inches. Not bad (and not a dicklet, either, in my opinion). But everything is relative and is based on one’s own perception, right? So, best of luck to you and please keep us posted.

I’m a pretty big guy and I feel mother nature could have been a little more generous when she designed that part of me, it looks small in proportion to the rest of my body haha.

Anyway, this split routine seems to be working for me, it seems to feel and look bigger, but gonna keep the tape measure away for a few more weeks, don’t want to get discouraged like my previous attempts.

Hi Vlad, you don’t really need to do more than 30 mins a day remember gains only appear on off days.

My only advise is don’t over complicate your routine and make it a mission, make it as straight forward and as simple as possible so it’s easy and keeps you going.

Once I started doing sessions over 45 mins I found my motivation went down. Now I’m back on 10/15 mins stretching 10/15 mins jelqing a day I often take 2/3 days off a week which also helps to keep me motivated.

Thanks for the tip, I will keep this in mind if I feel the boredom creeping back, all up I am probably doing around 45 minutes per day over 2 sessions, because I usually can’t be bothered with it in the morning.

Don’t be ungrateful to mother nature. You were born with plenty of dick. There are men out there where this is truely not the case. Checkout reddits ‘small dick problems’ to put it into perspective. Those men have 2, 3, and 4 inch dicks and suffer horribly.

Give this time. I see you said you would put away the tape for weeks. Put it away away for months. PE is an incredible long game.

Cut the morning session out or just do 1 session a day, the reality is most give up before getting gains, don’t be that guy.

Have adjusted the routine as suggested, to one short session during the day and the night session, 2 days on/1 day off.

Just an update, still been tugging away at my dick, though have cut it down to one session per day, not motivated enough to keep going with 2 x

But this stuff actually works, measured today on a fairly poor quality chub to find increases in length and girth.

As of now 15.5cm NBP EL, 18cm BP EL and 12.7cm EG I am going to keep the same routine for now until the gains stagnate.

Maybe start incorporating some light ‘piss pulls’ as well as in stretch your unit for at least 20 Seconds(it’s the time required for stretches being effective and producing results according to studies) every time you go to the toilet to take a piss.

If you got the time you can even do 5- 10 minute sessions 2- 4 times a day every time you go to the toilet if you can manage to get those minutes of private time. Thing is to just stay consistent over a longer period of time and by doing it like this you’ll never allow your unit to shrivel making it always hang lower than usual.

Was a guy named Bennet, if I remember correct that had significant length gains doing it this way with shorter sessions multiple times a day.

Just do a simple search and you’ll find his thread where he laid out his whole workouts as he had made his own system and variation of manual stretching. And his gains were impressive to say the least, that much I do remember, lol.

Anything is possible if you want it enough, take your time and stay consistent with it. Just stay on track for at least 21 days as many say that is the approximate time to get a new habit going and it’ll be much harder to quit after doing something consistent for so long.

And start telling yourself that you’re already big as it really starts with a positive mindset and believing what you do actually works. Mind over matter as they say.
