I figure it’s about time to start a log of my own.

I’ve been a daily visitor since January 1st. I started my journey a couple weeks later. I began with a modified beginner routine then moved onto hanging and clamping, probably sooner then I should have. I was always careful and took things easy as far as clamp pressure and the amount of weight used.

Gains were minimal to start. I believe I missed out on some potential gains by not warming up with a heating pad before and after my sessions. I now warn up at least 15 minutes before and after, sometimes more. This really helps with elasticity and aids in keeping the temporary pump after a girth session.

This is the routine I’ve been using for almost 60 days now. Gains have really increased. EQ has always been 9-10 so I know its a legitimate gain and solid routine for myself. I plan to add in some pumping on girth days as soon as my 9 x 1.75 cylinder arrives from Leluv.

Mon- 15 min heat, 5lbs x 3,10 min jelq, 20 min heat

I finally got my pump put together. It’s a brake bleed pump and a Leluv 9 x 1.75 tube.

I’ve worked it in a couple times for 2, 5 minute sets. I have went in tube erect every time but only come out at a EQ of 4 or so, even with porn. Is this common?

This is a more of a length week but I’m going to work it in on my girth days, Tuesday and Thursday.

Sex was great over the weekend, even got a big dick comment from the GF.

I had a great workout this morning. I decided to make this a girth week so I can get accustomed to the pump. Clamping after my pump session seemed to produce really good expansion. Anyone else have luck with this?

Yesterday I had a great workout. Had a bit of a donut after which I do not care for at all. I’m going to focus on massaging more afterwards going forward.

Today - 4, 20 min. Sets of hanging SO with 10 pounds. Heat before, in between and at the end of the session. 10 min wet Jelqs after also.

I doubt I will get in any serious workout today.

The gf and I did have amazing sex this morning. I lasted one hour inside her alone. She got off several times but I got tired and she got sore so I let it go.

While getting head I did notice I’m starting to feel her back teeth near the base. It feels pretty good at my current girth which is probably close to 5.2will claim that gain if I’m still hitting it a couple weeks.

I’m finding that girth is easier for me to gain, no complaints from me or her.

I was only able to edge for 20 minutes today.

10 minutes in I measured 7.1 BPEL! My best ever.

NBEL is still 5.5-5.6.

I will lose 50lbs over the next 6 months and hopefully close the gap between the two.
