Deasign's Routine

Warm up with rice sock for 10 min. Hang 3 sets of about 20min with currently 20lbs. Sometimes have to drop wieght as I get to last sets.

Stopped serious jelking and slight ED problems are better. I also hang weights from my balls but not at the same time as Bib hanging. Going for at least 8” hang and almost there. Currently using 12# in 3 sets.
