Don't stop believing

Just gonna post this here as I’m not sure where else this should be/help.

I’ve Been jelqing since May this year and I wanna let anyone new know that this works.
I already have 15+ years in fitness training and I understand patience and consistency is key for development.

Here is the routine I was doing all the way up til September where I got lazy to then only doing the shower stretch routine.
Putting it all out there cause who knows what part of my routine really caused the results.

Jelqing Routine

Everyday Morning Shower
2-minute dynamic stretches(Minute for both directions)
6 Minutes of V Stretches(30 seconds for pre glans, 30 Seconds for mid shaft, 30 seconds for base of shaft and in each compass direction making total 6 minutes)
All done under running warm to hot water.
Constant ab vacuum and kegels through-out the stretches

Jelq Routine – 3 Days on and 1 Day Off (Ok grip and wet)
5 minutes of warm wrap
If done before shower, 2 minutes of dynamic stretches (As above)
20 minutes of jelq squeezing in all compass directions (4-5 seconds for each squeeze)
5 minutes of jelqing
5 minutes of warm wrap
4 minutes of v stretches (As above but minus the pre glans part of the stretch as I added this only in the month of September)
5 minutes of warm wrap

Initially I started in May just under 5 inches NBP(None bone pressed) erection and 4 3/4 girth.
Progressing to 5 1/4 inches and just under 5 inches in girth by the end of June.
End of September the length didn’t change but girth was over 5 inches.
I got lazy with the jelqing routine and decided to only do the shower routine for the rest of October.
By the end of October I was just over 5 1/2 inches, holy crap(Haven’t measured girth yet and misses is behind me)

I’m going to continue the shower routine and remeasure again by the end of the month to reevaluate.
Besides the measurement gains, my EQ(Erection quality) is much healthier and allowing me to be at my best at that size at that time.
Edit: One last thing, my penis when erect deviates to the right and now thats been fixed/straightened and I think thats also helped in bringing back some length.

Update after doing only V Stretches for the month of Novemeber.

Some context for the month, I participated in NNN and no nsfw material on top.

New measurements on 3rd of Dec is I’m now just under 6 inches in length non bone pressed and just over 5 inches in girth so improvements all around.

There was this weird illusion where since doing NNN I hadnt seen my little guy stand up in a while so my memory of how big he was was slightly forgotten, at first glance I thought it was a little less girthy. Thank goodness measurements don’t lie.

Gonna continue my simple routine of V Stretches in the shower as they have shown results and its the most simple routine I can fit in my lifestyle which il recommend to anyone whos lazy like me. Its under 10minutes in a hot shower every day.

Will post another progress post at the end of the year.
