Dancerdc's Routine

This follows the 20 minute program outlined by Dan B. that I found among the files on the Yahoo group “jelqers”.

1. 5 min - warm up with a hot wrap (nylon stocking filled with barley or rice, microwaved for 1 minute and tied around my penis)

2. 1 min - lubed “OK” stroke to erection

3. 1 min - stretching left, right and down

4. 10 min - jelq or tourniquet hand + jelq

5. 2 min - massage to cool down
