Cruidne's Routine

When I get up, I usually do cardio (push ups, sit ups and burpees) for about an hour and then walk or jog (depending on the weather and how I am feeling) about 3 to 5 miles. I usually get a hot shower in the morning for about 15 / 20 minutes. I use the Hydromax water pump in the shower the entire time except for soaping up. I do about 20-30 kegels, 15 jeqling squeezes and 30 stretch outs up, down, right and left for 30 seconds a direction, followed by 30 wet jeqlings. If I am up to going to the gym after work. I do whatever. Go back home and repeat using lotion and or lube to jeql again and stretch. Weekends are meant for me to relax, so 2 days off before doing it again on Monday through Friday. Willing to try other methods to improve.
