Currently I dont warm up like I should but I will eventually
MONDAY=HEAVY TUESDAY=LIGHT WEDNESDAY=HEAVY THURSDAY=LIGHT FRIDAY=HEAVY SATURDAY=REST SUNDAY=REST
1)MANUAL STRETCHES:I mix it up between Heavy Days and Light Days manual stretches 20 sets of 1 minute pulls on heavy days and 40 sets of 30 second pulls on light days between sets I spin my penis clockwise then counter clockwise 10 times then slap it on each leg left and right 10 times then move to the next set.I dont do them like the instructions tell me I go mid shaft and pull the skin and slide it up to the head of my penis and pull true its not reccomended but its given me results slow but steady results.
NO REST MOVE TO NEXT SESSION
2)DRY JELQ: FOR 10 MINUTES 3 second milks all the way to head slowly and hard as many as I can do in 10 minutes
NO REST MOVE TO NEXT SESSION
3)WET JELQ: FOR 10 MINUTES (same as dry jelq)
NO REST MOVE TO NEXT SESSION
4)ACHIEVE MAXIMUM ERECTION 100 PERCENT
5)TAKE CLAMP AND PUT IT BTB AS TIGHT AS POSSIBLE
6)KEEP ON FOR 10 MINUTES (DO THIS 3 TIMES AND ONLY ACHIEVE MAXIMUM ERECTION BETWEEN SETS)
7)SLEEP FOR 5-8 HOURS
