Hand Stretch - 5 min, 1 min per side (front, up, down, left, right)

Jelqs - 10 min, 30 soft jelqs, rest, 40 hard jelqs, rest, 120 soft jelqs, rest, 21 hard jelqs… 5 min of soft jelqs

Warm Up - 5 min with hot water

Hand Clamps - 3 series of 21 kegels on 1 clamp, 5 min

Warm Up… Finish
