I have been reading the forum for some time, and decided to start to PE recently.
My routine is a mix of newbie plus hanging. The first week was a struggle as I was trying to get used to the routines and the equipment.
Frankly, it was a big struggle to attached the extender for the first time. First, I didn’t know if I was doing the right thing but second my flaccid length was 4.5” and had to use the extender with no additional attachments. Then I discovered the vacuum hanger and ADS to the knee. That made it a bit easier as I went through the first two weeks. Then gradually I got used to it. Until I start seeing some blisters on my glands but luckily I got some silicone gland protectors that made the blisters go away.
My routine:

Initial Stat:
BPEL: 6.5”
BPFSL: 6.5”
MEG: 5.4”
Materials: ADS vacuum hanger- I got these from eBay- the blue kind.Weights, dumbbells in 2lbs, 3lbs, cable ties, hooks, Cheap Chinese made extender from eBay, It does the job. USB portable heater, silicone sleeve and gland protectors, rulers.
Method:
Stretching light jelqing for 10 mins,
ADS minimum 4 hrs to strapped to the knee or extender.
Hanging: Started on October 7: Minimum 3 sets for 20 min at 3lb.
Gradually increase the weight every week
I kept minimum 3 sets of 20 mins for each weight but in same days I went over 1 hr of hanging.
After 3 weeks of hanging now hanging routine is minimum of 3 sets of 30 mins at 5lbs. I am not planning to add more weight but rather add more sets at lower weights to keep things at extended state. Of course I do use heat, I have a heating pad that I sit on to keep me warm and I wrap one of those USB portable heaters around my unit during hanging.

BPEL: 6.9”
BPFSL: 7.0”
MEG: 5.6”
I wish I started this earlier when pandemic hit. I work from home so it is not a problem hang or stretch during the day. My goal to continue to PE until I join the 8” club. But I also enjoyed the EQ after starting the PE, haven’t seen these morning woods for a long time.
