Hey Team Thunder,

Figured I’d finally start a progress thread in the appropriate place.

Started PE at the end of last year, with starting stats of 6.5in BPEL and 4.5in MSEG. Religiously followed my routine for about 5 months before life got extremely busy. Was able to maintain my gains luckily with intermittent PE throughout the summer. Currently sitting at 7in BPEL and 4.825in MSEG. Routine has been 100% manual exercises up to this point. Jelqs, stretches, manual clamping, horse 440s and edging.

Added pumping to my routine yesterday and already happy I did so. First pump session was last night for 10min at 5in pressure (got the Leluv pump with gauge). Felt great and looking to slowly increase time over the coming weeks. Finished with a few jelqs (less than 50) and some edging. The plan is to use the pump pretty much daily and supplement with it on days where I’m too tired to do manuals.

Best of luck to everyone tracking their progress. The gains will come if you stick with it or at least they have for me. I may just be lucky but PE has worked for me and I’m happy to be a member here.

Goal: BPEL 7.5”; MSEG 5.5”

4 days in a row of pumping. 1x10 M; 2x10min T/W; 1x15min Th. All at 5in pressure.

Current 8/10/2021: BPEL-7”; MSEG-4.825”; BPFSL 7.75”

Goal: BPEL 7.5”; MSEG 5.5”

Pumping 5 days/week, 15min sessions at -5hg

Tried milking with the pump today for the first, interesting feeling and will be adding it in here and there. Routine has been most pumping and manual stretches the past two weeks. Some jelqing mixed in after pumping but going to see how the pump and mainly manual stretches work for a month or two.

For me, I chose the pump for convenience. I have been 100% manual before getting the pump two weeks ago. I’ve backed off manuals a bit while using the pump. One, I don’t have the time or energy most days. Two, I’m trying to see how I’ll adapt with just the pump and manual stretching. Still doing some jelqs here and there but after the first two weeks, I feel like I can easily pump/stretch 5 days/week. Definitely keeping an eye on PIs and listening to my body. Should be bumping up to 20 min sessions this week.

Worked up to my first 20min set at 5inhg. Definitely a noticeable different from 15min when coming out of the tube. Much thicker and noticed more packing by the glans. Finished with some jelqing and edging. A little bit of a doughnut but not bad at all. Tried some light milking while in the tube again. Feels good but just easing into it. May be something I add on a regular basis after I become more conditioned.

Pumping still going well. After the first month, have dropped to a 2 on 1 off schedule. Pumping between 4-6 inhg. 6 is probably too much and have dropped back to 4-5 inhg for the most part. 25min sessions to start this week. Felt great and PIs are good.
