Ciki's Routine

5 min in front of 150w light bulb for warmup
15 min streching using my full streching routine
4 min jelq

30 min before sleep do my 10 min streches again with same warmup

when sleeping doing bed fowfers and litle kegeling

started with 3 min streching and increased it over time, don’t want jelqing because i have strong hands and can injure myself

ful streching routine for me includes:
warmup lamp 150W
streches for each 45 DEGREE angle (8 streches)
1 vertical and one rotation
1 under left leg and right leg

total of 12 streches 40 sec streches and last 10 -15 sec increase tenzion
