Cgar's Routine

5-10 min warm-up with hot rice sock, 10 min. manual stretch all directions with V-stretch, 20 min. Jelq with Uli’s and 440’s, two 10 min. clamping sets with the last clamping set done under cold water (experiment: trying to solidify gains). My routine does vary but this is basically it.
