Catman's Routine

- warm up 2 min.
- stretching 3 min. (sideways, straight out, up, down, backwards through legs)
- wet jelq 15 min. (various speeds)
- warm up 2 min.
- stretching 3 min.
- wet jelq 15 min.
- warm up 2 min.
- stretching 3 min.

- now I grip the base of my penis and fill it to capacity. then i rotate it while pulling outwards in a circular fashion 15 times counter-clockwise, switch hands then 15 times clockwise. I do three sets of these. some leg slaps afterwards. 5 min.

- warm up 2 min.

pump 5-10 min. (haven’t decided if I’ll continue pumping or not).
