Castas82's Routine

1. Warm up 5min pre and during hanging sessions with rice sock, cooling with frozen bag last session and 5min after.

2. Hanging 4 sets x 30min, 4-5 X week (kegel during sets) down, sides, up (warm ups during)

3. Jelqing with r kegels 20 min every so often.

4. Clampimg 4sets 15min 2 X week

5. ADS with Vacu hanger 8-12 hour per day including off days (1hour after hanging is most important)

6. Piss pulls.
