Buttonbuck's Routine

Three sessions first at 4hg 5 minutes, second at 3 hg 5 minutes, third 4 hg 5 minutes, this I did before I found Thunders, some pressures were higher at first and got some blisters.

new routine

10-15 minutes heat pad
7 minutes of light stretches for 30 seconds each, every angle.
7 minutes of jelq very light constant pressure, 3 seconds each (I think I have this down) instead of 3-4 sec I do 5 sec
10 minutes heat pad
5 minutes light stretches 20 seconds each
60 kegels 5 sec. Each, 10 at 10 sec each
10 minutes of heat pad

Used vac pump but stopped because of injury, wiil start again in about 4 to 8 weeks sept. 15
