Getting to 132 half turns was remarkably easy. Cut the session just a little short to play it safe on the attachment tissue health. Travel plans have changed only losing a couple days in a couple weeks. Thinking worse case scenario we’re 6 weeks out.

For the next steps thinking about the need to cement and wanting to explore pumping for it’s effects on EQ. For sure though on the pumping no red dots I do not want to deal with darkening. Going to keep the pressure under 4 and keep the duration short using the red dots and the edema as the guide.

On the aerobic front I had been focused on incline walking and was finding the repetitive stress was becoming an issue on the joints so am alternating with the weighted Elliptical and that seems to have solved that problem.

Not sure what happened here. This seemed like the easiest session to get to full tension but 38 minutes in there was slippage. I periodically sand the noose at the attachment point to get the oils off it and had not done that in a while so maybe that was it or maybe the noose is loosing integrity I have not replaced it in a while, but we will see.

Weight is down to 183.8 @ 19.7% bodyfat per the bodyfat scale. We need to lose 8.5lbs of fat to get to target. Long way to go but that’s the lightest reading this year.

Work remains absolutely overwhelming but our economic projections suggest a slowdown is coming, so I don’t want to complain. I do get a couple days off next week so more time for rest and exercise.

Thinking more about the maintenance. I think I want to maintain a certain amount to extending to cement the current level, maybe 3 days a week but also to incorporate a small amount of pumping to explore the effects on EQ. Maybe pumping after the extending and/or on the off days?
I don’t know that switching to pumping alone would be sufficient to cement the stretching gains.

Anyone have a regimen on that? Or thoughts about that?

New high on tension!. This is the max that tension screws can be backed out. Tension was a little high for sure and we had slippage at 46.5 minutes, but it went pretty well overall. Kyrpa has stated that you have to be careful with the incremental increases as they are exponential. So this will take some time to consolidate but we really are knocking on the door of wrapping up this campaign.

The attachment felt stingy at 120 half turns so I stopped there and went for duration which worked out. Glans condition excellent at the end it was just the attachment tissues that were pinching a little.

So yesterday the EQ wound up being incredible although it seemed to take sometime for it to fill up fully. That said I can’t remember before thinking that my cock looks huge, but that’s what I thought yesterday. Several complaints in multiple positions that it was too deep and that a break was needed.

My thought was that if the EQ was consistent we’re past the point of useful size.

So with that I need to complete this campaign, switch to cementing the progress and incorporate the pump for the EQ benefits.

The other major thing is the health and fitness component.

I continue to run into a wall with work. I came into the office yesterday and found my day extended by an hour and insisted that appointment be rescheduled That was an embarrassment for them and they wound up lying to the client, which I found fascinating but I don’t care.

I would say that the exercise is going well. I’m still sore as fuck from the 8.9 mile run, but from what I’ve read the health benefits of extending aerobics past an hour and out to 90 minutes has some great physiological effects so I want that in there, even though that will take some suffering for that adaptation to get there. And that takes some mental toughness to keep going.

Going to review the meal plan today, I read that the most recent research suggests that higher protein levels during a deficit, combined with strength training helps to preserve lean mass. They said 1.6-1.8 grams per KG. So that means 150 grams of protein per day for me so I need to check. That said my biggest issue is that I need to lose weight. Just a little more discipline and a little more activity.

It’s already mid February, time is flying by.

This went a lot better. Getting to 144 half turns with a higher level of comfort and first time for full duration. Slow progress but looking at the log it’s higher highs and higher lows and longer durations. Getting closer and closer.

That said removal of device showed a high level of perceived tension, so I think we’re still looking at a three week run after this weekends travel, to wrap it up and take a measure.

So today we increased the tension increases to 18 half turns every 2.5 minutes which allowed us to get to full tension at the 25 minute mark. This gets us 20 minutes of full tension at the 45 minute mark so we can shorten the overall session to 52.5 minutes. Real happy that the tissues have accommodated enough to allow this. Not done here yet but starting the transition to maintenance. At some point we’ll advance to 24 half turns and try to get the sessions down to 45 minutes for the maintenance to make room for the pump.

Tension at the end of the session felt comparatively light and the glans condition was excellent!!!

I’m thinking 3 X 45 minutes a week for maintenance in the extender for a period of 240 days to cement.

As far as the pump I’m going to just follow the most recent clinical research which shows that 2 X 5 minute sessions with a 2 minute break at ~ 4Hg is the most efficient for EQ. No post op swelling and no red dots is the goal, so we’ll see what happens. Thinking a period of 3 months and then at that point I can reassess.

So 3 more weeks starting next Monday, then we’ll get some measurements and then transition to maintenance and incorporating the VED.

Not good. From the get go the tissues did not seem robust. Overall I feel achy today.. It was a long weekend and a long heavy day at work yesterday. Felt a cold sore developing yesterday evening. The new noose worked out terrific providing a much more secure attachment. Because of that the tension is a bit higher so we’ll have to work back up, Glans condition excellent at the end, I believe because the previous noose had lost integrity and the micro slippage was causing stress on the attachment tissues.

Morning weight 188 after a weekend of travel and inconsistent meals. Getting back on the meal plan today, I only have a couple of business dinners on 3/6-7 and that will be it. One of them is at a steakhouse so Ill just have a Fillet and vegetables and that will be fine. The other dinner is Italian and there’s not much on that planned menu that is healthy so I’ll just skip that meal and eat after. I’m behind.
