Hanging with The Grip

Morning:
3 x 30min hanging
10-15 min break between hanging
Light jelqing between hanging and afterwards

Evening:
Repeat of morning
May add additional sets as time permits

Manual stretching throughout the day when permitted, watching tv, etc.

Attempting to focus on length before girth work.
