Bone doctor's Routine

Massage to warm up, followed by manual stretches, out, down, circles, over leg. I usually jelq for 10mins after about 10minutes of stretching, rest for a few minutes and repeat. I always finish with what I call Dick plyometrics. I get very hard, force my dick down and then release where it slaps back very forcefully, usuaully 10-20 times. After each repetition my erection strengthens and becomes harder, but you can feel the muscles fatigue after 10 or so. Rest for 30 secs and repeat, 5 or so sets.
