5 minute hot wrap
5 minutes of manual stretches (10 @ 30 seconds each)
13/14 minutes of jelqing (200 4-second strokes, medium pressure, 60-80% erect)
10 minutes vacuum pump (4 to 6 in Hg)
5 minute hot wrap while doing 25 5-second Kegels

2 days on, 1 day off

Using subliminal blaster with positive messages of my desired goals
Eating healthy
Occasional exercise, body-weight strength training and a little cardio
Imported from old PE database
