Progress Report

So the daily routine has been working great.

Routine:
Hand Stretch 20m
Hand Clamp 5m
Dry Jelq 10m

I’ve noticed high EQ, longer feel, thicker feel.
Girlfriend during oral the other day said “it’s thicker and getting harder to fit in my mouth =D”

Yesterday I did the session times 2 and was pretty fatigued after, felt great.

Keys:
- Do not ejaculate within +/- 3 hours of a session or at all, even if you become really horny. Consider no more porn or only SFW porn during this journey.
- Consider vitamin D3 supplement w/ zinc selenium and copper to aid with blood flow for gain assist and maximum EQ during sex.
- Don’t wear underwear because it constricts during the healing (expansion) process.
- Don’t sleep on your stomach because night erections can damage unit and the pressure will constrict during healing when you should be free to expand.
- No pain, means more gains in PE.
- Don’t be tempted to hold any consistent pressure for more than 20m.
- Don’t be tempted to jaggoff directly after your session, it will void or reverse the session.

I notice the clamping daily is causing some small pains to creep up. I don’t want that to grow into an injury, so I’ll be dialing back the clamping for the next 2 sessions, see if those radial expansion tissues can heal up, then add back a medium pressure clamp. On a pressure scale of 1-10 I had worked up to between a 7 & 8 which is too hard for my clamp conditioning level. I’ll dial it back to between 4 & 5 then slowly add pressure as needed.

I tried a girth session where I performed clamping 20m followed by Jelq for recirculation but I had this feeling after listening to my unit that my length gains might get SUPER F’d and I’m on a very very good path right now so I’ll just keep the original routine for now until I reach my 8.125 BPEL.

I’m so happy to say that I’ve seen NO DROP in length doing the clamping immediately after pulling. In fact I’m willing to bet I’ll reach 7.25 in 2 weeks.

I am beyond thrilled to announce I’m BIGGER!

OH MY GOD ITS WORKING HAHAHAHA!!

1/8” gain per month is absolutely amazing.
My girth increased by a whopping 1/4” this month!
I’ve been getting one session in almost every day. Once a week I’ll double up my sessions. Soon I’ll get to two sessions every day if I can make time. My unit is starting to want longer durations.

Had some sex and my chick had a much more serious expression than before if you know what I mean.

Routine:
20m Manual Stretch in direction of choice
6m Hand Clamp base w mediumish pressure
6m Perfect Dry Jelqs hold at base
Skin Stretch

Key Tips To Remember:
-Do not ejaculate within 3 hours before or after session
-Do not sleep on top of your unit
-Do not wear tight underwear
-Do not over-stretch/squeeze tissues ever just find a comfortable intensity then hold and allow the tissue to expand itself
-Do not take more than 2 rest days unless recovering from injury of course, aim to workout every day and if your unit is tired do not take a full day off, make sure to do SOMETHING on your off day
-Take Vitamin D for Unit bloodflow and any other body safe supplements that contribute to your overall health if it’s safe to do so for you
-Eat lots of protien because there are smooth muscle fibers in your Unit
-Clamp THEN Jelq is a great combo to fill in the expanded tissues from clamping which helps with progressional growth, cementing previous growths, injury prevention, conditioning, cool down, recirculating, filling the tissue gaps
-Do not increase too much at a time.
-NEVER PAIN ONLY PRESSURE
-Stretch/Hang in all directions
-MUST STRETCH THE SKIN. You could be making good gains but skin causes gains to go back to fit the skin. Your erection should never make your skin feel so tight, that’s how you know your skin may be limiting your potential.

NOV 30 MEASURE

So I measured the same as before.
7.25 BPEL x 5.125 EG

Interestingly though, I’ve been focused on upwards stretching at my LOT areas, and out of curiosity I measured underneath between the balls right at about how far I should be able to insert and I measured 8.75 EL.

This tells me I should probably give some love to the downward angle now for a month and see. I’ve just damaged my dorsal vein so many times from overstretching that I’m a little nervous, but my new method of stretching to capacity, then holding should prevent injury as it has so far.

My other theory on same volume measure over the last month is that my tissues are conditioning and cementing. Once the tissues cement, then they can grow fresh tissues from that new baseline. What supports this idea is that my unit overall feels stronger and thicker so just because I’m not seeing an increase in measured size doesn’t mean the unit isn’t growing. I believe it’s gearing up for a huge growth spurt. It’s a good sign. Even though I wish I had gained some, at least I didn’t lose any length or girth, that’s a great sign.

Final thoughts:
Make sure you stretch your skin!
Don’t ejaculate before or after a routine!
Gently move into routine or warm-up!
Eat food or supplements that support blood flow!
No more than two days in a row!
Don’t give up and don’t injure it

In my opinion, this goes for times of massive workouts when the unit is extremely fatigued and needs to come back closer to a less fatigued state. Remember though as bigger stated we should ride the fatigue, not ever let it fully heal necessarily. If you do light workouts then you should be hitting it every day because the unit should be able to heal enough and be ready for the next workout within that 24 hour span.

Don’t take my word for this but I’ve heard porn stars actually perform exercises all day long. This tells me that with proper conditioning and consistency you can continue putting extended stress on the unit. They probably have insane recovery tactics though like super supplements, 12 hours sleep periods and specialized doctors overseeing the work.

The accepted idea is that growth is slow and steady. Which seems entirely reasonable.

My personal experience, from my measurement logs, is that growth - at least mine - happens in small jumps at irregular intervals.

I re-measured again and found much stronger EQ.

Measured 7.5 BPEL x 5.0 EG

Seems at full quality I’m at almost same volume.

DECEMBER 31 MEASURE

Great news!!

Clocked 7.5 x 5.125 💪🏽

On track for length but not on track for girth based on my predictions. I was expecting girth to be around 5.375 by now. But since I’m targeting primarily length, it only makes obvious sense that girth will not improve at high rate.

I’m stoked that my length increased and girth remained. That’s growth.

My girl told me she felt me in her belly and that her uterus was twitching afterwards. Never heard that before. Now I see why bigger calls himself bigger. Because if she liked that, how would she like it bigger. 😁

I’ve been sticking to my same routine:
- Pull 20m
- Clamp 7m
- Jelq 7m

I’ve added a new skin workout similar to erect bends where I will reach max EQ and then form a bow shape to stretch the entire shaft of skin. My belief is that it elongates the skin to create room for new gains as well as pushes the tunica to new limits.

Another exercise I’ve incorporated is tissue massage. I have some scar tissue from beating my unit to pulp as a teen and early 20s which had created a sort of Peyronie’s bend. Research led me to discover that massaging this scar tissue out will fix it and restore both original girth and restore tissues which enable new tissue growth.

Did some math on my log and found I took 11 days off in December. That’s almost a 1:3 ratio of off to on days. This month I really need to bring that closer to 1:4 which means I’m only allowed 8 days off this month.

So what’s going to happen is I’ll take 2 days in a row off per week. I’ve been loving the free and sporadic nature of my timing but I need to try and stay true to a schedule. Even if I do a longer workout, I’ll have to recover with food instead of off days unless the unit screams otherwise.

Since my girth didn’t gain much, I’ll have to take my expectations down a notch to +0.125 every two months which is fine as long as I can reach 6” EG. That means using my theory, I should hit 6” in 10 months, so by October this year if I am diligent.

Length I still expect +0.125 per month. So by the time I get to October my length should be around 8.75.

I am in great shape, I eat nutritious foods, I take tissue supporting supplements, I never injure my unit or push it too quickly, I always listen to it and respond off its feedback, and I research technique pretty heavily. I’m confident I can reach 9 x 6 by the end of this year.

Tips:

-Don’t sleep on top of your unit. It could cause injuries.
-Don’t ejaculate within +/- 4 hours around workout.
-Never pain, only pressure
-Never more than 2 off days in a row unless recovering from injury
-Never jerk, only slow arrival
-If you use heat, don’t overheat which causes collagenous tissues to over expand during workout leading to possible injury.
-Consistency always wins
