I havent been able to get good measurements sinsce starting the pump routine, butbis appears my bpfsl has increased 1mm after two weeks. Part of me wants to keep pumping to see where it goes, but the otherbpart of me wants to just switch back to clamping. Pumping just has a lot of equipment, cleaning, and huge amounts of privacy needed. I feel like with clamping, i can just keep it in my pocket and throw it on any time i get an erection. Much easier to conceal than a pump.

Welp… i started clamping again 😁 i forgot how much I enjoyed it. I’m going to ditch pumping and just go back to my MWF 3x10min heated clamp sets. Messing with the pump and lube and not being able to effectively and stealthily use heat just isnt my thing.

Life’s been quite hectic the past six months or so, and I haven’t been prioritizing my PE progress log and documentation. I’ve had a lot going on, and shortly after my last post I had some really weird shit happen to my nuts.

Over the course of like 2 days, my right testicle started to really hurt. I ended up having to go to the ER as I was in like 8/10 pain and it had swelled up to 3X the normal size. They did an ultrasound on it to make sure blood was flowing to it and it wasn’t testicular torsion. Turns out it was Epididymitis, and was treated with rest, support, ice, and a course of antibiotics.

This was completely unrelated to any PE related activity, and the cause is still unknown. Really freaking weird… but it put a pause on PE.

So aside from the half-assed bit of pumping I did and the short run of clamping just before the ER visit, I have been pretty much free of PE for quite a while. Dick was nice and decon’d.

At the start of November, I decided to start clamping again. This time I did it with a different perspective. Instead of just doing 3 or 4 sets of 10 minutes and being done, I would set a target maximum expansion, and clamp until I hit it. The target expansion was determined by roughly averaging out the expansion I would get after previous clamping sets. I then did more aggressive clamping, but for shorter periods of time.

I would clamp for like 5ish minutes while doing slight bends and squeezes, remove the clamp and do 5ish minutes of pulling, squeezing, bending (just really working it out while letting fresh blood in), then clamping for 5ish… repeat… repeat… repeat…

I found that after about 45 minutes to an hour of this is what it would take to reach my target expansion. I did this as many days as I could, but it ended up being 5on2off.

About 3 weeks into this, my clamp gave up the ghost. It’s honestly a good feeling when you break a clamp by kegeling. I know the little plastic catch gets stress fatigued over time, but when you’re working out your dick, and you give it a good kegel, and the clamp explodes open… it’s like YEAH! 😎💪🍆 thats twice now.

So being clampless, I went to pick some more up from the Depot. On the way back it hit me that this is the first time (for no apparent reason) that I’ve possesed more than one clamp at a time. Guess what I started doing.

This is very intense, and as a disclaimer should not be attempted by anyone ever. But if you must, atleast have a years experience with single clamping. Please. I know others here do it too, but I haven’t read through those threads enough to know how much caution is being preached.

I would single clamp an erection and after about a minute, I would get that slight feeling of internal stretching. Then I place the second clamp immiately updick of the first clamp and tighten until I feel that internal stretching feeling increase. I would then tighten it until that feeling increases to a point that is almost uncomfortable.

This feeling becomes less uncomfortable over the course of a minute. I would then tighten the second clamp another click to bring the stretching feeling back to the edge of being uncomfortable. It’s a hard feeling to describe with text, but it really feels like the entire penis is being really really stretched from within.

I continued my 45 minute to an hour of double clamping 5-7 minutes at a time with Firegoat Rolls, stretching, etc. In between for 3 more week. I am going to adhere to Thoughtfulgold’s advice of taking 2 weeks off every 6 weeks as a sort of mini deconditioning break, and let everything normalize before resuming this. I might actually do 1 week off every 3 weeks going forward depending on how well I can keep up with the double clamping routine, but for now… I’m done for the rest of the year.

Now on to the results… I mean gains!

Sorry for breaking this update into three posts, I am on my phone, and have had bad experiences with losing long bodies of text by fat fingering the back button. Anyways.

At the end of my decon break, my girth (MSEG) was 11.9cm on a good day. Usually it was 11.8cm. My measurement 3 days after my last clamp was an honest 12.1cm. That is +3mm MSEG in 6 weeks!

I know some of that gain is just plumping back to my previous 12.0cm max MSEG, but I finally feel like I broke through the plateau I was hitting several months ago. Not only that, but I really gained an understanding of the ebbs and flows of size while exercising/deconditioning and the feelings and indicators that tell me when I need rest or should go for gains.

This is now two full years of PE in the bag for me.

I also just wanted to add that I have stopped using any sort of heat the past couple months when I realised my gains. I felt that the heating pad and battery pack was getting a little cumbersome, and all of my injuries over the past 2 years were caused by slight burns/blisters from the heating pad and made darker from the clamping. I might add it back in at a later date, but for now, I’ve been doing it all cold. Just a data point to take note of.

I didn’t get blisters from the heating pad, but it had uncomfortable hot spots. The pad has a cloth cover. I evened out the hot spots by folding several layers of aluminum foil between the pad and the cover. The foil spread the heat out and the hot spots weren’t an issue any more. More layers of foil might have taken care of it entirely, but I quit at "good enough."
