Beanpole's Routine

As I said, I am just starting out, so I used this site as a guide. I wrap my penis with a microwaveable heat pack for 15 minutes before starting, then do 5 minutes of stretching (down, diagonal down, reach-around pull, and up). Then I rest for a few minutes and re-apply the heat pack. After 5-10 minutes of heat, I do 30 wet jelqs at about 75% erection, then apply heat for 3-5 minutes, 30 more, heat…etc… for a total of about 40 minutes of jelqing, ending with a final dose of heat. I try to not achieve full erection, but if I do I keep going unless it feels too painful.
