I would like to thank all the members of this site for providing wisdom and guidance to all the newbies. I am so grateful for the guidance that I have learned from this site, BIB’s site and others. This information has given me the ability to gain size in my manhood making me more confident and to feel better about myself. I just wanted to give everybody a big thank you!

Regarding my PE journey, I have had a sporadic career that was driven by skepticism and lack effort, resulting in limited to no gains. I first joined this site back in 2003 and tried various methods for short intervals. I tried pumping which did increase my girth but the results were temporary. I also tried jelqing for short period and this did nothing except increase my EQ. Finally, I hung off and on for about a year with a homemade BIB. Obviously, this did not produce any results because of my inconsistency. I threw in the towel and chalked up Penis enlargement to being a myth…. What a huge disservice to myself and others!!

Now, about 6 years later, I was combing a legitimate medical website and there was an excerpt that actually stated that you can gain penis length by hanging weights. With my new found inspiration, I decided to give it one more shot. I ordered a bib starter (what a great product so much more comfortable when compared to my home made BIB). I figured that I would try it again for a couple of months, and if it didn’t work then oh well. I put my order in at 3 o’clock in the morning and could not wait for it to arrive. I followed bib’s instruction as well as possible. I incrementally added sets as suggested. Once I hit the 2 hour mark, I started adding weights as fast and as safe as possible. I am now hanging 11.25 lbs, which causes fatigue on the first set, sometimes the second. I then ride the fatigue as needed. Sometimes I will add sets in the evening giving me a total of 3 hours of time in the hanger with no days off. I don’t anticipate adding any more weight anytime soon and feel that I am at the correct weight for gains. I usually hang BTC but often switch to a SD position to relieve testicular pain.

I am happy to report that I have gained 0.38 inches over 1 ½ months. I am now a believer that penis enlargement does in fact work… a little better than expected. I would also like to be clear on something. I am not knocking jelqing, pumping or other forms of PE. I just know that hanging has worked for me. I believe that this is mainly due to the fact that I have been consistent and diligent with the process. I think this is the most important teaching point for a new comer. Consistent positive efforts will yield great results with penis enlargement. I have a long road ahead of me but I am eagerly anticipating the future and seeing what I will measure.

Non bone pressed and mid girth.

Keeping it a secret until my spouse notices results. Only care about girth, any length gains considered a bonus.

Newbie 23- I have gained in girth from hanging. I know the majority of gains that people attain from hanging are minimal. I started off somewhere 5.5—5.75 in girth (my starting girth measurements were not that accurate as I am focusing more length.) Now I am slightly under 6 MEG.

Its been a couple of months since my last update and a lot has happened since my last post. I have gained another quarter of inch in length and started a new relationship. I am so pleased with my results and so grateful for the guidance this site has provided.

I recently hit my first of goal and cleared 7 inches BPEL. I am also gaining in girth. The girth gains have been added surprise. As noted above, I only hang and was not expecting girth gains, nor really looking for them. I know that some of the length and girth gains are attribute to improved EQ. How much???… unfortunately I cannot say. Either way, really happy with both.

On a final note, I started a new relationship. I was able to put my unit through a practical test run. When we finally got physical, she commented on my unit by saying, “Dang Dude you’re big!” I thought that was a hilarious way to compliment a guy. Felt really good to hear it and again, I am really grateful for the position that I am in right now with my manhood. I am very grateful for this site and I am eagerly looking forward to seeing my progression.

Nice your are having success with both intimate life and PE. It is cool that both things are doing great at the same time. Would be great to hear your detailed routine and if you do anything else apart from hanging like jelqs?

How much time off you took before trying hanging? Do you think it helped?

About tissues toughening up.. I also believe that there must be a combination of weight and time that spurs new growth regardless of how hard your tissues are or have become.

3hours mean you dedicate over 4 h a day to hanging, is this mainly your activity after work ?

The reason I tell you if you have tried stretches before is because I have been stretching 1h a day almost every day of the week and I haven’t gained and almost never felt any kind of fatigue. So how can I believe that I will gain hanging a few pounds if you can apply like 30lb with your hands?

What is your case, you tried stretches?

Thanks for the props man. Regrading my routine, I only jelq lightly after my session, about 5-10 minutes at the end. It’s mainly to restore blood flow and help out EQ.

Regarding my hanging technique, I wrote bib and something that he told me has always stuck. Hanging is all about feeling fatigue. For me, the most intense sensation of fatigue is brought about by consciously trying to put my body in a position that allows me to feel maximum fatigue. I sit in a chair and lean back at about a 45 degree angle with my feet on the floor. Seated just far enough to let the weights hang, I lightly roll my hips forward and up. This puts an intense stretch at the base of penis and ligs.

I took maybe about 5 years off without any PE. I dont think it helped, being that I gained only while practicing a consistent hanging regimen.

Sometimes I hang after work, sometimes I hang before. I am a very busy guy… we only have time for things that we make time for.

As noted, I haven’t tried stretches and I answered some of my techniques for bringing on fatigue in the response above.

You should not believe nor expect to gain hanging only a few pounds. Most guys don’t start gaining until they reach 10 pounds. For me I really started gaining once I hit the mid to high teens. Morevoer, the low weight phase of hanging is mainly for safety. It allows your soft tissue to adapt and to learn hanger settings.

As far as applying 30 lbs of pressure with your hands, there’s no way to know how accurate that it is. You are not using a scale to measure the force applied, moreover your muscles are going to fatigue after a period of time and the force applied will decrease as well. That is one of the benefits of hanging, you know exactly how much weight is being applied over a period of time. When the correct technique is applied to the weight and time factors, you will likely gain. It is that simple. Furthermore, the fact that your are not feeling any sensations of fatigue after your done stretching tells me that you are not applying a sufficient amount of force while stretching. It is that feeling of fatigue that confirms that micro tears are occurring and micro tears = results.
