Arthus' Routine

20 min of stretching - 5 min of stretching with application of heat and then another 5 min of stretching without heat (x2).

200 dry jelq strokes - apply heat with a heated towel every 50 strokes for 2-3 min. While jelqing I use the C grip (high level of fatigue, no pain or discomfort).

After jelqing 10 Uli’s.
