Today’s stress relaxation start at 20.2, finishing at 20.8 and a strain level on 2.9%. Slight glans engorgement in the final measurement.

The PMP system seems to work wonders for EQ levels too, some hardons are just hard as a rock.

I’ve gone on a bit of a break. This morning the numbers were 20.2 for BPFSL and 19.2 for BPEL, meaning there’s a centimeter of growth in a period of two months. I’ll be rather busy during next month, hopefully returning at the start of October.

I am a newbie and will wait a long while before I
Have put my time in with other methods, however,
After some solid gains and plateaus I would consider
US.

I thank you and the other pioneers on this site. You guys are paving a new path.

Did you buy your US new or used? How much did it cost? Is there a link you can share?

Kyrpa, you’re right when asking about a possible past plateau - there never was one as my methods were infrequent and haphazard to begin with. Some nice gains were reached, but at that time I couldn’t stick to a dedicated plan for a number of reasons.

Tomorrow’s a day off while the following two days go with the current mode. At the start of July there’s a week off so ample time to study on how it all works on my body. Most likely adding the second weighted set in before the cooldown.

The US does make my dick a little tingly afterwards. The sensation is nowhere near pain but every now and then I notice a little twitch. Would be nice to measure the temperature at some point but if there’s a similar manner of progress it feels secondary. In a month or so I’ll know more.

If you want to measure the skin temperature you could buy an infra red thermometer (like what the hospital & doctor offices use). I own a construction version. It is sufficiently accurate for my purposes.

It’s the first phase in a workout. It means keeping a certain strain for a minimum of 10 minutes but preferably 20-30. The point of it is to handle all the elastic stretching before moving onto the plastic stretching where the ultrasound comes in. Recommending Kyrpa’s excellent thread here in the Progress Reports section for further reading.

Bought mine new from a United States webstore. If you google for the US Pro 2000 2nd edition you should find one quite easy. Around 150 bucks if I remember right - and if you decide to go for a similar routine it’s definitely worth it. Some have gone for two of those machines. In the main Penis Enlargement subforum here there’s the thread for Ultrasound, lots of valuable info over there.

Well the rest of 2020 got a little busy so the break stretched even longer than I planned. From the start of the month I’ve been back to PE again.

On February 1st, I measured 19.6 cm BPFSL and 18.6 BPEL. The measurement might’ve been a little off and the EQ a little less than in later measurements.

After that, I’ve managed 10 sessions with the following protocol:
Penimaster stretching for 10 mins and another 10 with the screws tightened to about 2 kg of weight.
20 mins of US stretch while hanging to the side a 2 kg weight, followed by a 10 minute cooldown.

The first five sessions came with the strain level results ranging from 2.8 to 3.2%.
The latest five have been from 2.3 to 2.8% so there is still progress happening. I got the exact numbers regarding mm’s etc. Somewhere too.

Currently measuring 20.7cm and 19.3cm. As I got some fat pad I’d like to get rid of, my ultimate goal for this would be around 21.5 cm BPFSL and 20+ cm BPEL.

EQ level has been lower the following morning after the more intense feeling sessions, but on off days it’s been bloody marvellous.

So you are moving the US head over the entire shaft of your penis while you are hanging? Just trying to understand the best treatment techniques with the US.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Over the entire shaft always and about 5 seconds in one place before moving ahead - with plenty of US gel applied and reapplied every few minutes. The basics for the whole thing you can find in Kyrpa’s thread which is essential reading for anyone opting for ultrasound in PE.

Today after the same old session the post-workout flaccid was at 21.1 cm which is roughly 8.3 inches. Two days ago I did reach 20.6 off workout on a fairly hard stretch just to see how far it goes but yeah, the progress still continues. The unmeant break around new year might be the reason. Erect gains seem to stall but I’ve not had a decent chance for measuring lately. EQ is a little low post-workout mornings.
