Prypry congratulations on your gains,

Where do you think the gains in girth come from? Which method in particular?

I have gained some length during the last year, and I am now a 1/4 inch from 8’’ BPEL. ( 5-6 mm from 20,5 cm) and the stretched length in my extender is close to 21 cm. My erect length has almost caught up with the flaccid stretch length now, so there’s only about 1 cm/ half inch in difference. I have been doing some light hanging, around 600 grams for the most part, in 2-3 hour sessions while walking in the forrest, and some short session with up to 3 kg ( 6 pounds). I think it has had an impact on my gains in addition to the extending. I’m not done yet.

Thanks mate! Those are once again impressive gains. Good to hear that you can still grow, even if it happens at a slower pace :)

Yesterday for the first time in a long time, I was able to add 0,5cm pieces to the extender without discomfort or slippage. I don’t know why, but after this 2 week break my shaft is now a lot softer and malleable. I could stretch it further than before without feeling any kind of discomfort. I’m gonna now continue with the program I’ve been doing

15min pumping at 5gh 1min at 8hg at the end
I aim to 4h of extending a day. More if I have time
15min 5hg and 1min 8hg to end the day

I had a year off from PE last year due to all kinds of circumstances and now that I’ve started again there’s been a few changes to my routine, that I think might contribute to the girth growth.

I started heating my penis with hot water before starting. That has made it easier to use the extender. Another change is that I bought a pump and have been using it. I think that the pumping must be the biggest thing behind the girth gains. The extender gave me girth during the first year, but those stopped after 2cm. My length gains stopped after a while as well, but it seems and feels like they’ve resumed now too.

I don’t know why though. I think I should take this kind of longer breaks every now and then to let it rest? I’m no scientist and no expert in this by any means. Just testing different things and seeing what works. Hope that answers the question :)

Thank you very much for your reply! That’s exactly it, we have to test and see what works! I still live with my parents so I don’t use any machines, I do manual stretching

But recently I’ve really put a lot of emphasis on heat, and it’s amazing, it’s really a very important part of PE. I notice that I can pull longer and harder after putting heat with water.

I see that the pump has allowed you to have additional gains and to get out of a rut, that’s great for you! I may have to consider it later

Yeah. It seems that heating before PE is indeed useful:)

If you do get a pump, remember to use lube while using it

Good luck on your journey!

Pyry, was just reading through your thread. Those are some awesome gains, man! Especially those unexpected ones! :D

6/28/20: BPEL 7.125", EG 4.75"

1/9/21: BPEL 7.125", EG 4.875"

Goal: BPEL 8", EG 5.5"

Thanks, mate! :)

I must say that the one who is most surprised, must be myself :D Not ever in my dreams, when I started extending, did I expect that I might get to a point where the extender’s base ring is getting tight for me. Was very much a sceptic about the whole idea of PE, and did not really think it would work. At least to this extent.

Will keep going as long as I keep growing, and see where that gets me :D

Happy extending to you too!

So it’s been about 1,5 months since I added new pieces to the extender. At first it was difficult to put it on with the added length, but now it’s gotten easy to put it on. The interesting thing is that for the first 2 or 3 sets of the day it’s easy to put on, but after that it gets difficult to a point, that I usually just take off the newest piece for the sets after that. It’s like there’s a resistance that pulls against the extender

I’m not sure what causes this, since during the first sets the penis is not like super stretched or anything like that, but rather soft and pliant. It’s not even cold or anything, and there is no pain or discomfort.

On the positive side of things my flaccid size seems to have grown somewhat. Hoping that that’s an indicator for some erect gains in the near future too

So I’m back on track with PE. Had to take a break due to a move and trouble at work.

It seems that my gains have remained pretty much where they were two months ago, so that’s good. Got myself a new pump since the old one unfortunately got busted during the move

I’m hoping that as keep extending I’ll be able to soon put the extender on at it’s current length for all the days stretching. Currently I can only have it at the number of rods for the first 1-2h sets and after that I need to remove 0,5cm rods for the rest of the day. It feels like my penis retracts after the first few hours. Anyone else have similar experience?

It was the same for the previous 0,5cm extension I did. Took about 2-3 months before I could continue extending all day at the max length

Turtling is common in extender use. I would add light manual stretching under the shower for 5-10 minutes and light jelqs to improve blood flow.

It may not add to length or girth gains, but it would help with penile conditioning. Nothing too extreme, just a set of 30-second stretches, and some light 3-4-second jelqs.

Keep up the good work.

Pyry; I’ve had the same experience, when it comes to having to remove a small rod part after a couple of sessions, and «go shorter» the rest of the sessions that day. However, things are going the right way, and I am now extending at 21,5 cm BPFSL, and are closing in on 22. BPEL are much harder to grow, but I’ll give it time. Good luck man.

I’m glad to see you sticking with it. I know you’ve have some tough periods there, but that’s to be expected. Yes: flaccid growth is a real thing. I love it.

Thanks for the tip! :) Gonna try something like that to see if it works for me

Great to hear other people’s experiences. Especially when it’s someone who’s using the same stuff :)
As always. Thanks for the comment!

Thanks for the encouragement! It has indeed been tough at times, but on the other hand I’ve had good results (in my opinion) and I want to keep on going :)
