I started PE after I saw a guy on the TV show “Dating Naked” use a pump to try to impress his date. They don’t actually show the privates but apparently he was quite large judging by her comments. Later in the show 2 other guys and their dates were talking about how the pump worked, so he went and got it, put it on and basically demo’s the device, and all of them couldn’t believe how big it got in the cylinder. From that point I thought to myself, do those things actually work? So I decided to buy one to see for myself.

I’m 55 and have always considered myself small. I’ve played hockey all my life and have showered after games and practices with a lot of different men, and my assessment is, almost everyone looked bigger than me, (although flaccid can be deceiving.)

When I got the pump (Penomet), I followed instructions and advice I saw on different sites, but after a month of using it, I had trouble with edema, so looked here for advice. Basically I pump very little now (5 minutes) and mainly manual stretch and Jelq about 15 minutes of each. I added bundled stretch’s in the last two weeks.

I am now about 3 months in and my unit is pretty well conditioned now. I really kind of scoffed at the whole idea of stretching and Jelqing as a means to getting a bigger penis, as I was never a believer and thought it all hogwash. I am now a believer, that this actually works, you never would have convinced me, but I’ve proven it to myself that my unit is getting bigger. Wow, wish I tried this 35 years ago, who knows what I might have accomplished.

I’m 1/8” larger in girth,(little disappointed) and over 1/2” longer (pleasantly surprised).

This has given me enough reason to continue. I go 5 on and 2 off, never push it too hard or too long as I don’t want an injury, and maybe no more than 40 minutes a day. I pump for 5 min to finish each time.

What I’m happiest with is my flaccid look. It is a little chubbier and longer. I’m also harder and hornier.

Unfortunately my wife hasn’t noticed any difference yet. I haven’t told her what I’m doing. My goal is, hopefully one day she will say something like.” your cock is bigger”.. Until then I will continue, and hope that happens.

If I can gain another 1/8” girth and another 1/2” in the next 3-6 months I would be quite happy.

Yes the newbie routine, but only after I stopped pumping the first month. Too much pumping too soon so started the basic beginner program. It is definitely the way to start. It is way more intensive than you think when you first read about it.

Don’t be disappointed, those are pretty good gains for 3 months! It’s more difficult to work on girth than on length. Your next goal is very realistic, especially if you aim for those 6 months. It’s a marathon, not a sprint.

Lose the pump for a while.

You can do only manuals for 6 months to a year. I think you will be very surprissed by the outcome.

Use constant heating.

After 6 months to a year you can start again pumping.

I started PE in my early 60’s after losing size. I was, like you, very skeptical. It was kind of surreal when I started to gain after thinking all my life it was not possible. I got everything I lost back, and then added more.

My girl friend at some point noticed. She calls it my new size, and she really seems to like it.

For me, PE is just plain fun. I am conservative in my work outs. I have had slow steady gains without any injuries. I just started pumping 8 months ago, after I wasn’t gaining anymore from stretching and hanging. Actually I was happy with the gains I made (1.25” in length) and some nice added girth ( I never measured to start with but I was ~ 5.5”in girth). I started pumping for more flaccid hang about 8 months ago. I spend time outside naked in the summer, and I like having it flop around.

I am still trying to find the sweet spot as far as a pumping schedule. If I pump too much I lose EQ, but if I cut back my EQ increases. So far it seems like 3 days on and one off. I pump once in the morning, and once at night. I’m up to 20 minutes and stay at around 4.5 Hg. I think some of my pumping gains are the result of harder erections, but I have added about another .25” in erect length, and I am now over the 5.5” in girth. Real flaccid gains are hard to be accurate because they change, so I won’t comment on that at this point. I would repeat the earlier post in that don’t be in a hurry to pump. Pumping, at least for me, are very slow gains. I think you will get better results with other methods to start with, and add pumping when you stop getting the easy gains. Best wishes.

Thanks for replies and advice everyone, I will always listen to the more experienced. The pump has become a very low priority in the exercise regime. Cost a lot of money so hopefully at some point I can make it worth while.

The great thing is that it was easy to recognize that starting with the pump was just the wrong way to attempt growth. The newbie routine is intensive enough and you realize about 2-3 months into the process that changes are happening. I will continue another 3 months, measure and evaluate. It’s so hard to stay away from the ruler cause its only human instinct to check and monitor progress.

I didn’t mention, but I do use a microwaveable heating bag for about 10 minutes before every session and there is no doubt that it helps.

Beginners can waste a lot of money on things they don’t need. I was no exception. I spent $200 on a Penimaster I will never use. I thought my tube and pump was a waste of money also, but I am now using it. Wasting money in the beginning is true of most things people do. I heard it called the fool’s tax.

No, no. Don’t do that.

Start with manuals which are free. You may not need anything else. I mean if you gain like an inch in length and 0.2-0.5 in girth with manuals, which is pretty common, you may not want anything more.

Pumps work, no doubt about it, but only buy if you wanna go over that and after you are 1000% sure that manuals did their job.
