5th week finished, at 19.2 post workout that gives me 12.9% cumulative strain for the first cycle so far(17.0 cm first cold measurement). I think this is pretty good and don’t expect future cycles to produce so much cumulative strain. One more week then I’ll be doing a 4 week decon.

One additional thing I have added back in is every other day pumping. I’m only doing 2 x 10 minutes, but I’m mainly doing this because I was starting to have a hard time setting up the vacuum as I think I was losing a little girth over time plus I’m sure the sleeves stretch out a little at a time.

I did order the thinner sleeve from total man, but before they came in I got about 4 pumping sessions in and it totally fixed my issue. Plus I just feel better with my dick being fatter and my wife likes it too so the pumping is staying for now. I’ll probably keep the same light pumping routine through the decon as well. Also cool that I’m hitting new high water marks in the pump tube even though I’m not going anywhere near my time and vacuum pressure I was doing when I was just pumping. I haven’t measured BPEL yet, but this is a good indication I think.

For anyone who is following this, I tried something new today. I read a while ago to use micro-foam tape instead of micro-pore tape. I ordered a bunch and just never got around to using it because I had a good system down with the micro-pore tape.

I tried the micro-foam today for the first time, and it’s hands down superior. It’s a touch thicker with the slightest amount of cushioning and the backside is kinda smooth so when I applied my normal coconut oil to it it made my head slide in so much easier and it completely packed my cup on the first vacuum squeeze. I think the tape is a little porous because of how completely I packed the cup and there was no slippage at all when I tug tested it.

Obviously insertion and hold were improved, but what about removal. Similarly, my head slid out much easier upon breaking the vacuum seal. Removing the tape was also very easy, I had heard it’s less sticky than micro-pore, so I tried removing without water and it was easy, just gently pulling on it caused it to easily separate from my skin and I barely felt a tiny tug here or there. I would say you still need to be gentle, but not having to use hot water is also a plus and I would say gives it superiority in all aspects. It’s not expensive either, so I do t think cost is a downside.

Anyway, if you haven’t tried it yet, I’ll give it my recommendation here.

Two more days left in this hanging cycle. Happy to be consistently above 19cm post session. After 4 week decon I’ll start at the same weight, after 2 weeks I’ll probably increase by 1/2lb.

If my math is correct, my first pre-stretch measurement was 17cm, and my highest post was 19.4 cm. So cumulative strain is 14.1%?

I’ll measure BPEL tomorrow and then again at the transition of the decon back to cycle 2 in 4 weeks. Overall I’m very happy with how this cycle went. I’m already wishing cycle 2 was starting.

Did a BPEL measurement this morning. Took some viagra to make sure it was 100%.

First measurement was 6.9 inches, second measurement I pressed my dick against the ruler as I have an upward curve, flattening out the curve put me right at 7 inches.

Pretty amazing, I started at 6.5 inches, and that was getting as hard as I possibly could, and jamming the ruler in as hard as possible.

First cycle so far is an amazing success, I’ll see what the BPEL is after the decon, hopefully it stays.

Man - it was like a trip reading your log, since you had numbers going up and down.
But that’s just how it is - you did a good job!

I just started today, but with way lower weights since I just don’t know what I should start with.
I have a FG of 12mm - any suggestions?

Tell me about it! Lol I was seriously questioning things when numbers would go down like that, but just stuck it out and trusted the process.

I have no idea where you should start, but if I was in your shoes I’d probably start real low and if you have strain numbers above say 1.5% or 2% then your in a decent spot. If not, after 2 weeks I would jump 1/2lb or so and run another week or two. Then just keep repeating that till you get adequate strain numbers and start your first 6 week cycle from there.

Back at it! Decon sucks, feels like you’re missing gains. Lol.

Numbers starting out slightly less than I finished last cycle. To be expected or at least not surprised. Was hoping Decon might give me a jump out of the gate but alas, looks like it’s just mostly stayed where I was.
