0,5 inch gain just with stretching?

0,5 inch gain just with stretching?

Hello Guys,

I have 6,5 inch EL and I would like to achieve 7 inch EL. Right now I am doing 2 days on and 1 day off stretching routine.
I stretch my penis 30 seconds to 4 directions 5 times then I stretch in evening 10 seconds in each direction 8 times.
So it is about 15-20 minutes of stretching a day. Do you think I can achieve 0,5 inch increase in length with this routine?

(I am not fond of jelqing because it is hard to obtain a good lubrication for me so I am just curious whether this 0,5 inch gain is possible just with stretching).

If you are a newbie, you must do the Newbie’s Routine.

Well I just started about week now but I don’t need any extra improvement I just want 0,5 inch so I thought this light exercise would do the trick :/

My primary concern reading this is potentially overworking the ligament and causing it to stiffen, you can very easily not only stifle your gains but slow yourself down a lot when you do fix your routine if you toughen up that ligament too much.

If you want to avoid jelqing that should be toot much of an issue but I still wouldn’t jump straight into a really hardcore stretch focused routine, at the end of the day you’re going to get better and safer results from jelqing so the newbie routine is a really good jumping off point, and I’d stick to the stretching it outlines instead of ratcheting up the stretching to try and make up for other exercises you aren’t doing.

Also make you’re you are doing a warm up and warm down with some kind of hot wrap. Hot water and a rag will do but you have to keep re-soaking the rag to keep it warm.

Honestly PE isn’t one of those things you should just jump into, read what some of the more experienced guys have been writing to get an understanding on the theory then you can ease into it, but I think just jumping into the hardcore stretch routine isn’t a good game plan. Hopefully someone with more experience can elucidate cause I honestly just started myself, and I am sticking to the newbie routine.

Yeah Thank you guys, I was just too quick-tempered. I started from the scratch with newbie routine and slight stretches so it´s basically 3x30s stretches to each direction and 35 jelqs, 2 days on 1 day off.

I gained something around 0.5 with just Jelqing and stretching. What worked for me is hardcore consistency (don’t miss a workout, unless you need extra rest) and progressive overload. The newbie routine was good to me. Start slow and work your way up in intensity of stretches and duration.


2019-2: 5.5 inch NBPEL, 5.18 MSEG

2020-5 6.2 NBEPL, 5,5 MSEG

Short-term Goal: 6.7 inch NBPEL, 5.4 MSEG, Long-term: 7x5.5
