I doubt that this bothers me

I am wondering if the pumps more experienced they noticed doing better earnings for example 1 on / 1 off or 7ons in week or 3on / 2off and 2 on 2off in the week? is it better to let the tissues recover completely for the next session that would take 38 hours to 48 hours … ?

Probably the best routine for pumping for faster gains is pump 5 times a week. With a day off either after 2days pumping and then a day of 3 days pumping.

More experienced pumpers can do 5 dyas pumping and 2 days off.

There is no exact rule for this It rather depends on your own time available.

As of right now, I’m following the old gym method, “You grow at home, not in the gym”

Basically, rest is a very important part of my PE routine, so I’ve currently switched to 3 days on, 2 days off. 1 day off does not feel like enough rest and/or time for my penis to fully recover and heal.


Started 4/20/08 BPEL 7.0 EG 5.5

Current 9/08 7 3/8 BPEL X 5.75 MSEG

Aiming for a more realistic goal - 8 NBPEL 6.5 MSEG

I do not know if expect the tissues of the penis is fully recover produces more gains
