Selecting Your Cylinder Size

So the thing is, I wanna start pumping. Right now I am near of the end of 6 months of manual PE. That is gonna be in 20 days from now. Then I want to take decon break for week or two. And then start again with manuals and add pumping, for it seems that just manual PE have very low effect on me. So I want to try something else.
Now I know what cylinder size should I buy. It is 2.25x9”. But here is the problem, outside of US and leluv brand there is like no other pump brand that have such a huge amount of different cylinder sizes for their pumps. Usually one brand have only one size of their pump+cylinder. Or sometimes they have two sizes where one is kinda small and the other one is ridiculously big.
And believe it or not, it is so hard to find the right size of the cylinder so the width is correct and also there is enough room for length and then if you somehow find the right size of cylinder then that pump have no gauge…
So yeah, I could order leluv pump+cylinder but there is about 2 months of delivery time, and because there is that covid-19 in the air, who knows if delivery time could not be even longer… And the cost is around 100$.

Now I have found a pump in my country that costs 40$, it is basically leluv pump. Pump have gauge, there is that fast click system that is the same as on leluv brand, which means I can buy leluv cylinders in the future and use them with this pump. The only thing is, ofcourse, cylinder size. They have 2.165x9” and 2.55x11”. I wonder if that smaller one is big enough for me to use. I look mainly for length gains but I don’t mind some girth gains as well.
My measurements are: BPEL 7.1” / BEG 6.5” / MEG 5.7”
So, do you think that 2.165” diameter is big enough for me and can give me some gains and then I can switch to 2.25 or 2.5” when it gets too small?

A 2.165” diameter cylinder has 6.79” circumference so will fit your 6.5” base girth.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I agree, the 2.165” tube will work fine for now. By any chance do you have a web site link that shows your pump and cylinder? I am interested to see it.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Hi guys

I have 5.4/5.5 (13,7/14cm) BEG and 5.0 (12,8cm) MEG. Should I go for 2.0” or 2.125” cylinder? I want most girth.

18/09/12...: BPEL 17,3 - NBPEL 15,0 - MSEG 11,9

2015.: BPEL 20,5 - NBPEL 18,5 - MSEG 13,0🔝🔝 TODAY: BPEL 20,0 - NBPEL 18,0 - MSEG ???.

Goal..........: BPEL 22,0 - NBPEL 20,0 - MSEG 15,0

I think the 2.0” is your best bet.

1st post and so excited to start my PE adventure! Thanks for setting up this place guys. Did my fist measurement 1 month ago and getting curious to see the results but will wait till end of this month to do next measurement. Now doing daily jelqing and stretching with some rest days here and there and want to add pumping to the routine. So for the tube size, with 5 3/8 erect width and having length as a goal I believe I should go for 1,75” but here is the thing. I’m slightly curved to the side. What is the size you recommend? Thanks a lot for the help!

If your goal was pumping for girth, you would pick the 2.0, so to give you a little more room for your curve I think you should also go for the 2.0.

Thanks, ordered the LeLuv 2”. Hearing good things about it. Will take a save and slow approach for this one, step by step as advised here on the forums.

Happy I went for the 2” and not 1,75. Went from 5 3/8 to 5 3/4 base girth in one month and very happy about it. Length was a 1/8 increase or almost 0, it is hard to know after only 2 measurements. Doing newbie routine but want to upgrade for this month, hopefully the pump is going to help with my length which is my main goal. Happy to see gains, gives me good motivation to continue.

I’m new to pumping and I went with the 1.75 cylinder. I’m wondering now if I should go down to a 1.5” for a little while since I hear alot about packing the tube. Girth is my goal. I have no issues with balls getting sucked in. My mid shaft girth is 4.25-4.5” on a good day and base is slighty smaller at about 4”-4.25. Penis shape is oval with me getting closer to filling top and bottom but much space on sides. Would I see better results from dropping down a size?

I’d suggest you stay with what you have for a while. Once you get comfortable with the process and how your dick responds you can decide then if it makes sense to change size.

I started out with a 2.5” because I didnt know any better and used it heavily for a year and a half when it began leaking. It was a cheaply made tube with attached gauge in a screw on cap. Cheaply made yet expensive as I bought it at a local adult toy store.

Between gainswave and pumping twice a day I gained an inch in length and perhaps 1/4” in girth. My gains were probably all from pumping, but dont know.

Buying a smaller tube just to pack it will not help speed your girth gains.

Over time, increasing the continuous time in the tube up to 25 to 30 minutes at pressures no higher than 5inhg will help you with your girth gains.

Probably seen enough of this type of question.

I haven’t been sexually active for a while, or have I been one to masturbate every day but a few weeks ago I bought a cheap pump as I was curious to see how it would function as a way to exercise my penis outside of masturbation. I have entered a long distance relationship and it has motivated me to bring my penis back into action so to speak and whilst I do not suffer from any erectile dysfunction or any abnormalities I am interested in what I can do to enhance my performance. The novelty pump made an improvement on holding erections for much longer and I have been able to maintain edging for up to 30 minutes at a time or longer.

Anyway, back to topic:

My penis measurements are in my signature, but my girth varies between 5-5.2 inches depending on how hard I am erect but tapers up to 4.5 inches towards the head.

Assuming I go by the very first post, a 1.75 inch and a 2 inch tube will be best?

Now in terms of brands I can easily attain I have found only thick wall and stallion here in the UK and they both only supply 9 inch tube length minimum and I’d love an 8 so that it’s not too much larger as I’m not focused on significant gains in length - but more girth is welcomed. I assume both of those are reputable enough just to buy from any?

I was also looking at an automatic digital electric pump on ebay that offers various sizes and I rather like the idea of automatic sustained pressure how ever strong I want it but are they any good and especially the one in the link below?

Look forward to any replies,

Penis size start: 05/03/2020, 6.0 NBPEL / 6.3 BPEL | 5.1 - 4.5 EG (base to tip)

Aim: enhance my existing penis health rather than gain any significant changes, but a more uniform girth would be welcomed.

Yes, for girth go for the 9"X2" tube in the starter kit from Thickwall that comes with a pump with a pressure gauge. Your link to the digital pump is not as good in my opinion. The Thickwall package is a much better professional setup.

If you have a link to the Stallion pump I will take a look at that one.

Thanks for the reply. That’s what I thought. Are there any automatic pumps that you can attach on a tube just like the manual gauge pumps?

I like the idea of an automatic for use when my partner is here so I can keep myself pumped whilst I focus completely on foreplay on her. Though in that case that small electric one will probably do the job I just wanted to save cost on buying two. I have seen some pumps like the one here: Bondara Big Shot 3 Function Rechargeable Automatic Penis Pump | Discreet Delivery | Bondara that has a separate automatic pump system and it would be amazing to buy the pump separately to use with thick wall or mustang cylinders.

Anyway here is the link to stallion mustang on ebay. If you go through their items they have full kits with a gauge too. Between stallion and thick wall however, stallion is within my budget. Is it worth doing the deal on one of their listings with two tubes? A 1.75 to work on even girth and 2 for increasing?
