Selecting Your Cylinder Size

Is a sleeve necessary if gaining girth is my primary goal?

No, but they are a good idea to prevent irritation, discomfort and loss of sensation around the base of your shaft.

Start : 7 BPEL, 4.8 mseg

Now : 8 BPEL, 5.43 mseg, 8.375 BPFSL

Noted. Is there a need to bump up in cylinder size to compensate for the sleeve? When I clamp I get up to 5.5” MEG so I figured I’d start off with a 2” cylinder. Thanks for the help.

I don’t use a sleeve so I cannot say for sure. Hopefully someone who has experience with one can chime in.

Are you going for length or girth?
If you are going for length, I would say, get the 1.75” and the 2”.
Just girth? 2”

Gotcha. I’ll get both. Thanks very much for the advice!

Any experience with leluv? I see in the thread that they come highly recommended, especially for newbs.

Hi ,

I’m thinking of getting a mushroom head cylinder, but I’m looking to gain base girth while getting glans gains. However, according to the chart, I should get a 2 inch opening for girth gains., so I’m considering getting that, but I was wondering if going a size up would affect my glans pumping?

As long as you are not packing, your cock doesn’t have a clue what size cylinder it is in. So if a 2” cylinder is correct for shaft gains it will be fine for the glans as long as your glans circumference is the same or less than the shaft.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Thank you for the speedy response. I was thinking the same but according to the thickwall website ” Please consult our measuring guide to ensure you order the correct diameter for the opening stage. This should be somewhat tight, so that all pressure goes into the head. That way it is the only part that can be worked on” so I was just making sure

In my answer I thought you were wanting both shaft and head expansion possibilities, so assumed a 2” cylinder would allow for expansion of both your shaft and glans with a constant diameter cylinder.

But if you are buying that head expansion cylinder, yes the theory is there are two cylinder diameters, the smaller for restricting shaft expansion and the larger for allowing head growth. I believe there is also a requirement to order the correct cylinder length to determine where the glans expansion portion of the cylinder is placed.

I’m not convinced that the head expansion design is worth the price for what I consider to be questionable results from that design. But if you are ordering it, use the guides they give for ensuring proper fit.

Pump is arriving today, buying my electric heat blanket today to wrap the cylinder with and some lube. However, I have coconut oil at home, do I absolutely need water based lube?

No, don’t need a water based lube. It’s just much easier to clean up.

I use coconut oil and it works really well.

Started 7.75x5.75

Currently: 9.75bpX6.75eg My Picture Thread

Goal:10.0bpX7.25mseg Building a thicker unit, click by click, pump by pump, jelq by jelq!

Excellent, thank you both very much. Pump, pump and away!

I tried water based lube once. From then on it is coconut oil. Clean up is easy with dish soap water and rinse. Then dry and are ready for your next session.
