Depends on where you bought it and have you used it. If you bought it from a retailer you might not be eligible for return at all, if you bought it from the manufacturer and haven’t used it you could return it depending on how long ago you purchased it. Quote from their site:

As you are based in London and assuming you bought from a company in the UK, this return policy has to be in addition to your statutory rights.
